This resort has its ups and downs. On the positive side, the dining options at the Steak and Italian restaurants are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the vacation club service, which felt second-class compared to the hotel side, making even simple requests quite inconvenient. Additionally, the loud music ruined the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The unit was very clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view, but I did notice a lack of organized activities and entertainment that diminished the overall excitement of the vacation. The beach was gorgeous, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming, which really enhanced our experience. However, it would be great if they could bring back more evening entertainment and all-inclusive options to simplify the dining experience.
Our stay at the resort was a relaxing experience, particularly during the shoulder season when it wasn’t crowded at all. The beachfront was expansive with plenty of shaded areas, and the pools were beautiful. While the food options were solid, we did have a disappointing experience with the fish tacos. On the downside, we did encounter some seaweed on the beach, but the staff worked hard to manage it. Overall, a very pleasant getaway.
I recently stayed at this resort for a family vacation and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The accommodations were spacious and offered beautiful ocean views, making it perfect for relaxation. The amenities on-site kept us entertained, but some areas could use better upkeep and the dining options were hit or miss. Still, we felt safe and well cared for during our stay, which made it enjoyable.
My stay at this resort was truly wonderful! The newly renovated rooms were fantastic, and the pool area was incredibly relaxing. The staff were attentive and provided great service, making the vacation enjoyable overall. However, there were some minor issues with dining, including slow service at some meals. I also noticed a few maintenance problems that could use some attention, but they didn’t overshadow the experience too much.
